Maja Stojanovic

Maja Stojanovic is an experienced Swedish lawyer and entrepreneur with over ten years of expertise in corporate and property law. As the founder of the law firm Juridium, she quickly established herself as both a respected legal professional and a forward-thinking internet entrepreneur. After a successful exit from Juridium, Maja chose to pursue her true passion — real estate.

In addition to her legal background, Maja has served the Swedish state in key legal matters, gaining deep insight into public law processes and regulatory frameworks. This experience shaped her precision, accountability, and strategic thinking.

Alongside her legal career, Maja has also been involved in property development and renovation projects in Sweden. Through these ventures, she discovered a strong passion for creating long-term value through real estate. This ultimately led to the founding of AION Properties — a company focused on developing high-end residential properties in markets where design, potential, and scale align. Dubai became the natural choice, offering unique opportunities and property types far beyond what the Swedish market can offer.
